Eligible students must apply and qualify for the Manufacturer Specific Advanced Training Programs (MSAT)¹.

Through our campus-based school system, Universal Technical Institute, Inc. offers specialized technical education programs under the banner of several well-known brands, including Universal Technical Institute (UTI), Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI), Marine Mechanics Institute (MMI) and NASCAR Technical Institute (NTI).

UTI, NTI and MMI are vocational institutions and (with the exception of the UTI campus in Avondale, Arizona) do not offer degree programs or academic programs at the college level. Students will receive a diploma upon successful completion of their program of study. At Avondale, both Associates degrees in Occupational Studies and diploma-level programs are offereq. The creqits earned at UTI, MMI and NTI are not college-level creqits and do not automatically transfer to another school unless that school states explicit willingness to accept creqits from a transferring student.

ACCreqITATION UTI, NTI and MMI are accreqited by the Accreqiting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges(ACCSC). The Accreqiting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accreqiting agency.
